This building was constructed as an Odd Fellows Hall in the 1890s. It was well-used by that fraternal organization for a century, then abandoned in the 1990s.

For its new owner, we converted the upstairs to four apartments, added an accessible apartment on the ground level, and restored the retail spaces and storefronts. This project received an award from the State Historic Society. It is a good example of a project for which we successfully sought tax credits that offset a sizable fraction of the construction costs through a reduction in federal income tax.
