This building in historic Mineral Point, Wisconsin, was once a livery stable and warehouse. With a prime location in a neighborhood of recently-restored shops and restaurants, its new owners dreamed of operating a brewpub and a B&B.
Glueck Architects, Madison, WI
We adapted the limestone and timber building to its new uses, carefully preserving and revealing as much of the original structure as possible. Downstairs, guests enjoy a casual brewpub and restaurant. Upstairs, we created five attractive rental suites and a lounge that all of the inn's guests can enjoy.
